Comfortable but needs a deep clean
The bed was comfy, kinda high up though. The toiletries were decent, and we had a quiet room despite being near the freeway. It was handy having a book with all the info we needed. Just wish they'd clean better. Found dust and gunk under the nightstand. The entry door had a big gap letting in light-a bit annoying.

Nice location, nice reception
Very very very slow and unstable wifi. All of us have the same problem... Breakfast room is very small with a fastfood style chairs and tiny tables.

Breakfast room for 16 people. . . way too small for a hotel this size!!! Many guests had to wait until their were free tables/chairs to have breakfast!! Why did the architect make it so small?? No elevator, but this wasn't a big problem for us, but maybe for some people! Another architectual flaw!!

I was kinda surprised by how close we were to Tulare Historical Museum, just about 2.5 km away, and we enjoyed many meals at nearby Denny's, only a short walk of about 600 meters. Not to mention, the room was spacious, perfectly accommodating my needs as a single traveler. But the bed was a bit on the higher side, which might be tricky for some.

Free WiFi and parking, spacious room, fast check in. We stayed here on our way to LA. Instead of hotel breakfast, we went to Apple Annie's which is almost next door (3 min walk).
